- Where are you located?

We are located on Route 96 (1159 Pittsford Victor Road Suite LL) in the Powder Mill Office Park. When you enter the Office Park Complex, take your second left and after the speed bump, turn right and you will be facing building 1159. Enter the main doors, turn right and come down the stairs in the left side of the room.
Handicap Access is around the back of the building: After you turn in the complex, go straight back till you have to turn left. Go down the parking lot till you see a garage building and look for the SLR/Inter-State Banner by our door. Please ring the doorbell for access.
- What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard,Discover,AMEX, personal check and Cash payments.
When making online appointments, you must pay by credit or debit card
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Senior and Family Portrait Sessions are non refundable. We can accommodate date changes, but cancelations are not refundable.
- When will my school portraits be delivered to the school?

School Portrait packages are typically delivered 3-4 weeks after picture day.
- I did not receive my class composite/picture in my package

Class Composites are delivered at a later date as they are held until after absentee/makeup day.
- What is retouching?

Retouching will remove and soften minor blemishes on the face.
- What if I did not purchase a package on picture day? Can I still purchase?

Yes, You can still purchase a package. When packages are delivered to the school, your child will receive an insert that has a unique code for you to go online an input and you will be able to purchase a package and have it sent to your home. There is a mail to home fee charged.
